By using Lunyazi's services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service description

Lunyazi provides SMS messaging and OTP verification APIs. You access the service via API keys issued upon registration.

2. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your API key secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Lunyazi to:

• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or bulk messages without recipient consent.
• Send fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients.
• Violate any applicable law in Eswatini, South Africa, or the recipient's jurisdiction.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the credit system.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Credits and billing

• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per message sent.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Pricing is displayed on the website and may change with 30 days notice.
• Failed messages due to invalid numbers still consume credits. Refunds are issued automatically for carrier-level failures.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, carrier outages, or delivery failures beyond our control.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Lunyazi's total liability is limited to the amount of credits purchased in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or website posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
